At Pen & Parcel, each item is carefully selected, printed, or handmade with love. Because our stationery, cards, and small gift items are delicate paper goods and often produced in limited runs, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
That said, your happiness matters to us! If your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake with your package, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
